FAMILY OWNED & OPERATED
We are a family owned business (Licensed & Insured) and we take pride in our work that brings you and your family happiness in your home. As a family, we know the importance of this and therefore we strive to bring it out in yours. We come from a family that has had 4 generations of family-owned businesses created. This the latest Luthi venture and I am lucky to have my wife and two daughters be a part of it!
Our paints are water-based and have a low volatile organic compound (VOC) in them that has very low odor. We also have zero VOC paint if the most environmentally stringent of jobs is required. We have access to a wide variety of paints that will take care of any job at hand. We would be more than happy to use the product of your choice, too.

We only use cleaners that are environmentally friendly. We realize the water runoff from our system is greater than normal, and we do not want to use any harmful chemicals towards the environment or homeowners. We can even use the product of your choice, if needed!
